| NDT TEST METHODS |

(RT) RADIOGRAPHIC TESTING
On castings and weldments, suitable for metals and a variety of other materials. Our mobil darkrooms enable us to develpoe x-ray film on site and provide archival-value film.

(UT) ULTRASONIC TESTING
In addition to weld quality assurance, thickness surveys may be conducted to locate areas excessive wall thinning.

(MT) MAGNETIC PARTICLE TESTING
The test material is magnetized and the magnetic field "leaks" from the surface or sub-surface discontinuities. This attracts magnetic particles applied to the material, identifying the location and size of the discontinuity.

(PT) LIQUID PENETRANT TESTING
The surface of the test material is saturated with dye that seeps into discontinuities. the developer acts as a blotter to assists the natural seepage of the penetrant out of the surface openings.

(VT) VISUAL INSPECTION
Governed by the American Welding Society, and perfomed by Certified Welding Inspectors (AWS CWI). Complete inspection conducted to locate defects such as cracks and leaks.
